While walking across this open field in the Andes, I stopped countless times to open up my tripod. I’d only walk a short distance before looking around again and seeing everything anew.
I’d like to go back here on another epic hike. Perhaps I’ll go in the deep of winter next time. This place would be even more amazing under a fresh snow.

How do you react to all these glowing comments? I see you have 102 for this image alone & I am waiting for number 1!!!.
Your work is so perfect that all of your images are master strokes & it is really hard to comment constructively…I feel that a comment should have some meaning behind it – not just the very prevalent , "Great", "Awesome" .
This one, however, looked a bit special & I thought "What the heck…"- I was captured first of all by the colours which, somewhat unusually, are very muted & the stream leads you through to themountains & sky.Your processing on this one is also very controlled & very natural
One last remark -I must thank you for introducing me along with so many others to the beauty of HDR – I can only hope to be inspired by your work
